Welcome

Welcome to this Rome Othello Tournament, the Italian stage of the European Grand Prix 2018 and the last Italian Grand Prix 2018 tournament. There will be 11 rounds: 7 on Saturday and 4 on Sunday morning. Finals and semifinals will be played on Sunday afternoon. Clocks will start at 10:00 am. Please, be ready to register at least 30 minutes before the first round starts. Prizes for the top three players, best woman, best young player and Italian A, B category players. Money prizes for the winner and for the best European player.

Location

The Italian stage of the European Grand Prix will be held in Rome at the "La Civetta sul comò". This venue is located in via Cereate 8, near Metro A station "San Giovanni". https://goo.gl/maps/CHaBfsQiNJ72

We are proud to announce a special guest this year: five times World Othello Champion Yusuke Takanashi. We can also boast the presence of another Japanese Othello Champion, Mr. Tetsuya Nakajima. World Othello Champion 2008 Michele Borassi confirmed his presence as well. Moreover, we're waiting for another confirmation from one more of the top world players... this may come as a surprise!
